Olympus Ventures looks like it was originally incorporated in the state of Washington on March 9,1995. They were dissolved on October 5,1995 for failing to provide officers and directors. They were reinstated in March of 1996. They were again dissolved on June 23,1997 for failing to provide an annual list of officers and paying the license renewal as set forth by law. They were reinstated on September 8,1997 (even though the filing date records it 97 SEP 30 PM 1:08. Interestingly, the agreement to merge with RMCW says they were current in all their filings on September 24. And, interestingly, check the dates on some of the acquisitions. Prior to that Your thread says they were called Olympus Partners. Morgan's old company was Horizon. And I believe Breton's old company was Ekrhen. It may be possible that none of the shares are restricted any more.
