No evidence that either one of those occurred. Now that Breitbart has apparently thrown Wolfe under the bus by leaking those emails, it is beginning to look as if the second didn't occur at all.

If the security hole in yfrog was how this happened, it probably wasn't criminal. And dragging the FBI in would be a total waste of money. Which I can promise you that your buddies would pillory him for.
