Don't know about any threads, but the SI search engine at the bottom of each page works well, try some names in it. There's a Bundesbank URL farther up the thread here, fwiw.

I find the Financial Times ft.com useful, you have to register but they don't charge anything and after a year they haven't sent me any junk mail. Lots of British and Euro bank news. The Economist economist.com is great as well, but they charge big for the good stuff.
