Don't know about any threads, but the SI search engine at the bottom of each page works well, try some names in it. There's a Bundesbank URL farther up the thread here, fwiw. I find the Financial Times ft.com useful, you have to register but they don't charge anything and after a year they haven't sent me any junk mail. Lots of British and Euro bank news. The Economist economist.com is great as well, but they charge big for the good stuff. I'll keep an eye open .............. cheers ............ marcos PS ...
