Candle Stick, I did not mean to imply that you were impatient, I was referring to the board in general. Actually the note you wrote earlier was right on with my way of thinking and was actually confirmed by Dr. Martinez's comments. As you said, if the warrants are not excercised potential dilution is reduced about 2.5 million shares. If they are, can you imagine what JMAR could do with $10 million from the current offering, and another 12 million from the warrants? ($22 million total).

I think we are looking at a totally different JMAR in 1998, one that has tremendous technology and the money to implement them. Not a company on a shoestring budget that has to forgo one product for another due to cost constraints. I am really looking forward to this.

Candle think again, I doubt the warrants are all counted as fully diluted eps. Think about that. Would they also count warrants with a 10 $ exercise price expiring in 3 months?? I think not . The dilution has more of an impact than you think.. SPEEDY================================================================
