They were confined to use a process that could be carried out in the mobile trailer facilities. Obviously, they (Bateman) believe a better process exists, and it's possible they have already developed it in other facilities.

Think about that for awhile !!

The trouble is how much? And if it cannot be used for recovery then
its too expensive to return economics.

But remember if Bateman is saying that the Pt and gold is too low to be
recovered with that or any other system then that statement is legal to
use but is slightly prevaricative.

It could also mean that the Pt values and Gold do not have at present any
feasible or conceivable system. Lets say there is .01 gold and .01 Pt and
the only recovery system used at present costs 1,000 per ton, then technically
the above statement would cover that situation and not have to deal with
likelihoods.
