You're saying far more than what Palin said. The implication from her statement was that the Brits were put on notice that it would not be given up without a fight. Which seems to be precisely what was said.

I think the Left has a lot of apologizing to do. Of course, nobody but Fox will call them out on it. But it seems Palin knows more history than any of her critics on this matter.

Including you, of course -- perhaps the most ignorant person when it comes to American history I've ever encountered.

BTW Obama not knowing how many states the US has didn't keep him from getting elected President, so I doubt it would matter if Sarah Palin said Paul Revere jumped over the moon on the cows back.
