Dempsey Mork is short this stock to the tune of about 100,000 shares. He claims Michael Zapara, the former IR man for OVIS (and a former friend and tenant)asked him to sell some shares for him and failed to deliver the stock to Mork on settlement. He's naturally upset, since the price went from $0.20 to ever $4. Mork has alleged a lot of things: Stock manipulation and securities laws violations to name a few. I called him to ask his side of the story, since no one else did, and posted it here just so all sides could be heard. The guy has done his homework IMHO.
