Ron you are a man of action. Please let us know how Tuesday trading goes. I'll post my impressions when I speak with them tomorrow, but the real proof is in the trading. Good luck!

Ron, I called ForbesNet. Phone was answered immediately.

1. RJForbes not a member of Malcolm/Steve family.

2. Trades are reviewed by a human before directed to their people on the exchange. (But she made sure I knew that I was responsible for my errors.)

3. Portfolios are updated instantaneously.

4. Clients can sign up for RT quotes @$29.95/mo. (I wish FarSight would do that instead of charging me $10 more per trade for RT.)

5. No price improvement.

6. When I asked if I would be charged $35 if, during internet troubles, theirs or mine, I had to call in to place a trade. She said I would be routed to customer service and they would help me fix the trouble. I don't know if that is a good or a bad answer.

I didn't ask them how well they handled Oct. 24-28, because what is a broker going to say? Wish we could get some info from some current RJForbes clients.

I guess the major question is how well the trades are executed. Any feedback you can give us from your trading would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you.
