Tommaso, boring alright, I do not see fireworks until Wednesday afternoon or so, and even then quite mild going into expiration. The bears are going to sweat through few spirited rushes, but then it will all settle down. My tea leaves say the week closes just under 7500, and my turnips do not talk to me anymore.

At 8:20 A.M. my Monday morning market call is still BORING.

Maybe not right at first--it looks as if there is sure to be a jump of about 100 points on the Dow at open, but then I think it will just meander around all day and end up within 50 points of unchanged.

With these round-the=clock reports on foreign markets and on the S&P futures, daily predictions are often correct. I am also confident that the uS market as a whole is overvalued by 40%.

It's the mid-range that I can't see: 2 days to 2 months or more. So I go for the long range.
