Habit...all certainty is based on habit. The fact that something is true and can be repeated and repeated again is the foundation of what science has come to know that proves something in material physics and reality. If it wasn't true every time nothing would be or appear as it is? Consciousness is an illusion or the perception of conscience is an illusion. The farther we get away from truth is the evil. We have a separation from god because of a duality of opposites right, wrong, good evil.....it is consciousness that allows choice, and it is our ability to choose that gives us free will. Morality is another label to separate good habits from bad habits in our perception of what is good, evil etc. The divinity of the true is that it can't be divided by perception (incorruptible), by it's very essence it is what it is and not a blend of something else.....and not an illusion. So many types of consciousness exist...and much of its reality is the knowledge that is obtained or discovered when your perception is correct.
