John,

<Yes I do go into the clubhouse. Mostly just to see what is being hidden from the people that lurk or do not belong .... Truth is as I stated hiding things from the general thread does no good and shows greed.>

WHAT B.S.!!

OK, OK ALREADY ... If anyone thinks we're hiding in the Clubhouse for some devious reason ... I've posted the last couple of days "talk" in numerical sequence.

John ... this is really beneath even you.

Cheryl

John,

<Seems I want everyone to have ALL the information to base their decision on--- I gave you all the available information available good and bad when I informed you of this company by phone---good and bad,,, remember???

Yeah. I remember. Apparently you forgot. Back in June or July you called me and told me that there was a new Y2K stock that you found on some site that tracks volume surges. (Can't remember the name of it.) That you were going to buy XXXX amount. You didn't know a lot about the company, but it looked OK. You never told me what they did. Just the name.

I told you I didn't mess around with stocks that traded in this range, but maybe I'd buy a few hundred shares based on your recommendation.

I got on the computer that night and started doing as much research as I could. When I saw what TPRO was actually doing, and understood it. I bought 5,000 shares. As I did more and more research, I accumulated more and more. Now have 40,000.

Can't recall any good or bad information you gave me, other than the above. And, you know ... I have a d*mn good memory.

Let's drop this. You brought this to the main thread. Should have never been here. Whole discussion serves no purpose. Either let's discuss this in the Clubhouse ... or email me.

John, you know this whole deal about a possible private placement was brought up on the MAIN thread. Not the Clubhouse. Nothing new in the Clubhouse that wasn't on this thread. Don't try to imply that there was.

<Sorry if you had a bad day today.>

Have no idea where you got that idea. Actually I feel real good, now that I've let out the steam!

And to fellow posters on this thread, I apologize for doing what I tell you all not to do.

Cheryl

Someone asked about the Marshall Hymen mess. I don't know the current details. But I think it came about via an IBM contract. I think TPRO was a sub-contractor and MH was the lead. At some point, IBM increased the scope of work. Contract #1 was rolled into a new contract. But some matters between TPRO and MH were not clarified. At the end of the job, there was disagreement. Hence, the dispute, and the arbitration. Both sides could easily have been doing the work in good faith, each having a different interpretation of what items were "billable", "allowable", "reimbursable", etc.
