No Ted, the Dems where obviously more racist in the past, and less obviously they support more racist policies now. I don't think racism is best addressed as a partisan issue, most partisans of both parties are not racist, and both parties disdain many types of racism; but if your want to focus on the partisan side of the issue, the Dems are obviously worse.
