Up to 2006 I used your numbers, 2007 through 2009 I got from Wikipedia, 2010 from another source.

Te decline from the recession shows in both your numbers and Wikpedia's.

Lower taxes don't prevent recessions, particularly not ones caused by financial crises. Tax rates are only one of many factors in the economy. They are however one that can be controlled to a greater extent than many other factors can be controlled, or even recognized.
