When I bot my desktop computer in Sept 2005, the first day I started having problems with it and took it back. The tech said the installers installed the wrong MB and the hard drive failed S.M.A.R.T. So he stuck in another exact HDD and S.M.A.R.T. failed as well.

So he got a new HDD from a new case and it was fine, installed Windows and here I am almost 6 years with a perfect running computer.

Never did a reinstall of Windows, but did a pile of restored images on it.
