Looks like Hiram is making an honest attempt to set the record straight via another board. The following link will jar some memories of longer term visitors to this board and help you remember what he is talking about..

I'm glad to hear the correction. That many cases left a bad taste in my mouth.. Like who are these people and what did they say.

Of course I didn't exactly believe him also.... He kind of has no credibility

It is MHO that some on this thread where quick to accept Hiram's apology.

It was the action of many like this that has caused some of our pain in owning this stock. I don't know how many lurkers there are for any particular stock but, I do know that some of the word of what's posted does get around "the Market". Many like myself, you and Scott Ozer have suffered financially by owning this stock because of due dilegence only to be ignored buy the "traders" and having the stock price driven down by this unending attack of misdeeds and mafia connection!

I don't know where the stock price would be if all this publicity had not occurred, but I am satisfied in my own thinking that it wouldn't have been down here. It is my belief that this company is fighting for its own existence right now because its stock valuations, it is also fighting on a different front of litigation. This is a company that I own by stock ownership, to have to spend the precious resource of cash to clean up my reputation (the company) is counter productive to the basic mission statement of this firm.

I for one would not forgive the writer of the Barron's article if he came on-line and asked for it, I cannot forgive Hiram for knowingly posting misinformation.

Sorry Hiram...you made your own bed, now you must sleep in it.

Jim
