I would not like to open a debate on this issue, it is clear that BO has an affinity to Islam and the Muslim world as a result of his upbringing in a Muslim environment and his father family is Muslim not Christian like many Ugandans or Etiopians, this cannot showed under the carpet.

At the time he was elected even that I opposed his policies I was very proud on the mere fact that a person with his ethnic background was elected. But this has to do with the US as a country and not the elected person.

His performance to date in the ME was/is a disaster. The US lost a great supporter of US interest in the ME (Mubarak) and the trust of many other leaders that where trusting the US.

On the other hand he fails to do more for the removal of the butcher from Damascus and succumbs to Russian warnings or to engage in a effort not to lose Egypt and Turkey to extremist Islam
