I also received the fax today, and from my vantage point is encouraging, though for those expecting more definitive news concerning a JV, that news appears not in our immediate future. I trust that like most complex negotiations, this one will take time, but IMHO is real. This news release appears to be a response to the outcry from members on our thread and elsewhere, and probably reflects as much as can be revealed. Tomorrow's response by the market should be interesting. Certainty would be much more comforting, but I am willing to remain in this state of aprehension and hope. Mike

Bill - I just noticed, in the release, that the word "conclude" is being used in reference to the JV agreement. Up until now the word has been "pursuing" or "negotiating". Hmmmmm! ...and, yes, I missed the <G>. :)
