Problem with absolutes... take that to a per capita level and US and Canada are leading pigs at the trough... On that basis emerging markets will mostly just flip us the bird.. They will go green for fear of rising costs.. and pollution.. We are sure talking out of both sides of mouths in the west.. so why would they really listen ?
