TexasDude,

The ability of parents to raise their children is very important responsibility that can not be taken lightly. By what is read or seen in the news today, many parents (or lack of) are not up to the task. So, yes i agree with you that parents share part of the blame. But,my point was directed towards the highly educated class that dictate policy and social issues. Parents have a great influence their children, but a lot of what parent teach their children or what they want their children to learn in school is subverted by a faction of poorly trained teacher, anti western, anticapitalist university professors(mostly in the humanities-- thank god they have not yet infiltrated the sciences though they are trying) and the intelligentsia-the so called anointed class who think they know what is better for you than you do. Does "It takes a Village to raise....." ring any bells.
For god sakes, try to give parents the choice to decide what schools they go to and the NEA, many but not all democrats, and some Republicans think that parents don't deserve a choice. Just look at the public schools in D.C. or any inner city. Many parents are not to blame there. They just want their god given right to choose for their kids but can't because it's against the law.

Oh, BTW, why is LGND taking a dump?
