Mark - you got anything exciting to add to this Harp Lake program for your Lab/Pallaum property? I thought I heard you fellows were about to get involved, and then maybe the crappy markets weren't worth putting news out.

Now that the boys have figured out how to control the US markets, for dam sure they aren't going to have a big time correction, let everyone tax loss and loose out revenue to the tax loss claims. In my opinion we may not see a major correction in the markets until after the RSP season. This way, no lost revenue from tax loss selling, all of the fund managers look good so money rolls into the mutuals, and everyone is happy untill next April. Maybe by then these markets are all sorted out and they just keep truckin. Maybe gold will even be allowed to come back to about $340 by March as well.

More on Denstone:

I copied this from DML annual report on their website.

>>>>>>>>>>>>3. ACQUISITION OF SUBSIDIARY
On July 15, 1995 the Company purchased an 85% interest in Denstone International Ltd. (85 common shares) for
consideration of $2,085 (U.S.$1,500). During the year ended February 28, 1997 the Company purchased the remaining 15%
interest in Denstone International Ltd. for $295,000. The sole asset of Denstone International Ltd. is an interest in certain
resource properties. The cost of the 15% interest is reflected as the fair value of the resource property acquired. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

I am unsure if the value of this company is roughly $300,000 or if the value of that one property is about $2,000,000 ($295,000 divided by 15%) I calculate that for every thousand shares of DRZ held on Nov 11 you will get 167 shares of the new company with a value of either 9 cents or 60 cents depending on what the value of that one unnamed property. It is not clear. Actually it does not even say if the $295,000 is CDN or US $.

I guess it is really a small number either way and probaly most of the DML shareholders do not even care so I will not post anymore on here about it and take up space.
