I am not sure. If you are only going to use the margin value of your existing TPRO shares, it will not make a difference. You should be able to get the same amount of shares whatever the price is. As the price of TPRO rises, the amount you can buy on margin will also rise. If you are going to use other money, then it will be better if the price stays down. I think I got this right, but I may not have.
