John, Thanks for keeping my name in the spotlight. Adds additional lustre to the ol' Hardrocker image. For the benefit of those who may not have a clue what we're talking about, here's the message I sent to you in the Clubhouse a little while ago: John Rakoci, Somewhere I must have missed the point. Full disclosure is a matter of ethics and responsibility. Negative speculation, however, can damage MY INVESTMENT over an issue which may never happen. TM later posted, "Its not a news but its a rumour that was around, which I confirmed today and co has not done the deal and they will announce it only after the fact if it happens." Now you revive the issue again as if it's already cast in concrete. Sorry, but even if the PP becomes reality, a dilution of less than 5% doesn't ruin my day. Some of the posts on our thread made the event sound much more ominous. John, if you are truly long this stock, then I trust you understand my logic. Anyone in the real, hard world of business knows you do not speculate about bad things which MIGHT happen to your product. It's one thing for a salesman to point out the dent in a car door. But it's an entirely different matter to speculate that the door may be easily dented because of the body's curving geometry. I respect the right of anyone to express their opinions. Even opinions such as yours, John. I was only offering a suggestion from years of experience in the real world. Have a nice day. Hardrocker I tried to use the simplistic car door example to illustrate the business sense of keeping negative SPECULATION off the main thread. But after reviewing your profile, I see that you may have difficulty understanding even the most basic of business illustrations. Sorry if my point eluded you. I apologize to the rest of you for this mini-outburst, but I felt obligated to defend myself. I also wanted other readers to know that Clubhouse comments are not so evil in intention as JR implied.
