I don't want people posting bible quotes to "prove" a point. Numerous quotes from, and free and open political discourse about other religious books including the Holy Quran have always been permitted here. In America, freedom of religion and freedom of speech go hand in hand. That does not mean we must accept or believe someone else's religious views. It means everyone must permit each other to have and to lawfully express those views unimpeded. Even the right to expound atheism is protected Arbitrarily excluding "the bible" from open discussions about American politics conflicts with Freedom - American style. uw
