Robert -

I would like your opinion on something.

They had cash&Equi of $15.0 at Sept.

Lets say they eat $6.0+ a qtr.

Is the market price foreseeing the equity offer?

If they come out, it would be prudent to go for
at least $25.0 mil.

At $10 a pop that's 2.5 mil shares.

Have you thought about any of this?

Without news, I think we're going to be held in a tight
trading range.

If you see it different - I hope so - and please
advise.

Regards,

John

bob, when was the last time you saw a monthly chart like imnr?

nearly a perfect cup from early 96 till now. with a finishing handle in the up flag postion, it seems this pull back to the levels at the end of august was successfully completed. how organized it was
also is quite appealing, drifting lower only from a real lack of buying(90 % of the up days on good volume and most of the down days on very low volume some nearly 1/10 of a. d. volume. good call on that test i never thought it would close below 10. looks like 2 x 9 11/16 and maybe as acute as september? barring any ugly fundamentals!
