Shhhh, don't tell anybody but...APCO just pulled the 3 day RSI trick from a low value. It's going to move starting tomorrow.
I'll check CIEN, I've followed CTAL as it did it's HTF stuff early this year and haven't looked at it since so I'll check that one too. I'm going to cut you off at 3 though.

Bob,

There are 3 uptrend lines active for CIEN right now. They are all pretty close together and I would wait until the bottom one was broken to the downside before shorting it.

CTAL looks pretty bad technically. And they looked so promising on all that fantastic news several months ago. tsk, tsk, tsk. It can happen to the best of them.
