whether stansberry likes this stock or not, there are factors at work that will generate tremendous cash flow for sandstorm gold in the coming year.

if you have any interest in this unique royalty on gold mining, i suggest reading up on their deals with luna and with rambler mining.

at first i thought luna was driving the improvement in SSL price, but now i think that Rambler may be even more crucial to the near term price of SSL.

At rambler's ming mine in Newfie, you will find, SSL is entitled to 25 percent of the first 175,000 ounces of gold that are mined. after tht they get 12 percent of the gold for the life of the mine.

what is particularly lucrative about this contract is that Sandstorm pays no additional costs when it acquires the gold. no $400 per ounce, nothing. they already paid what they are going to pay, and now they just get the gold.

that is last year's news, although it may not be widely disseminated.

The new twist, in my view, is that the rambler folks are hitting exceptionally high grade gold at the 1700 level of this underground mine, which is going into production during this second half of 2011.

this time i hope it sticks above the old resistance at 1.05-1.06.
