robert, when would you think that 'we are out of woods'. this is a sincere question. could you please quantify your observations. cheers.

Robert... I think you are way off base. The market bottomed back in October. The techs bottomed last week. The markets have tested the lows and will only be up from here. The reversals we had last week are rarely wrong, and signify a major trend reversal. If you missed the buy last week, either jump in now or don't buy at all. If we approach those lows again something is really wrong and you won't won't to own it at all. Doubt that will happen though look for over 25 this week.
