Yes, that was the big lie of the Obama 2008 Campaign. Obama was ashamed of being black in Hawaii and of his white Grandmother who worked daily to pay for this young man that his father had abandoned and his mother gave to her parents to raise. I lived in Hawaii, and I assure you that I saw much darker skinned people than Obama. In Hawaii, one of the more memorable things I did was to go to a a ceremony welcoming Samoans who had just been given their citizenships. They made Obama look like a shade of tan----I have never seen people more proud and happy to be receiving their citizenships to America.
