Cheryl, I took the liberty of altering the names in the article.

My first reaction to Tel's was the same as yours. But I then remembered I turned down a promotion and large raise more years ago than I want to remember. Our thoughts then were it was not worth it to disrupt the Kids. Maybe her husband has a good job in Austin, her kids are in high school, she has family here. Who knows? I sure do not want to second guess her not knowing her situation.

Don't mean to be on a soap box. Opinions are like nose's everybody's got one. Just thought I would express mine.
