I am sure there is somewhere we can get that information. This is as far back as I can go and getting it was a fluke, I imagine. stockcharts.com And to further your comment about new lows over 40 - some of the ma's for up volume vs down volume are really getting into dangerous territory. The only saving grace is that a "bottom picker" indicator signalled a probably bottom today - so we might just see the turn-around next week others are expecting???
