I was trying to make the point that on some topics, the moderator doesn't want any discussion of an opposing view.

I support LB's right to do that -
until it conflicts with those specified individual rights guaranteed by the US Constitution.

Some lawful opposing speech is protected. And like it or not, it is protected every time. Everyone has the right to quote their Bible or other religious tome and their interpretations of their Holy Book to reinforce their views. Even Rev Wright.

There is no requirement to like it or accept it.

Some think E Pluribus Unum is America's motto. It is not.
In 1956, Congress and President Eisenhower passed the law that established "In God We Trust" as America's National motto. That has not changed.

If we are not willing to protect and defend our rights, who will?
