I guess it depends on which you think is worse, the greed of private enterprise or the incompetence of government to run such a program.

I find it ridiculous to consider that, after the mess government has made of Medicare and Medicaid our country would be foolish enough to entrust it with even greater involvement.

Greed, aka markets, works. Not perfectly, but as perfectly as we can get.

No one in his right mind would say that medicated works. It has the country teetering on the brink of collapse after a mere 60 years in existence. Probably record time for the collapse of a government run health care plan.
