Not even thinly disguised. Is Ellison advocating that Congress fund this political organization at a time that the nation is drowning in debt. Tromp it now.

Minnesota is stuck with this Ellison guy for decades, just as Mass. had to deal with the likes of Ted Kennedy for decades.
