The SEMI bookings, unfortunately, don't help my stock timing much. Analysts' target prices may be better - as you suggested. Simple TA might be best, in hind sight.

What difference could it make if you arrive early to a Party you know you'll end up leaving Happy ?
A good time will still be a good time no matter how much time goes by.
