I think it's possible..... I'm involved in another "doosie" as a comercial fisherman in Alaska.. There is a class action against the Japanese, and the caneries for price fixing.(and another one against Exxon for the oil spill-g-) Anyway I've gotten mailings to relinquish my part of the class. It takes a large majority I think. I would also be interested in exact details of what is nessesary to overturn it. I think it goes back to a hearing with the votes for a ruling by the judge.

As to SIII, it only hurts are already slim chances of getting our money back! I like the idea of forming a class action against the lawyers for bringing the stock price down!-g-
