Only the 400,000 was cancelled. But when I try to account for all the pre-split (30 for 1) I can never get to the number which says all the shares pre split. The company never gives a 12-31-96 number.

And I recall seeing an issuance for 636,350 shares on 12-17-96, which I can no longer find.
