Don't worry if you don't understand this. It isn't within your range of capabilities. Look you condescending a$$hole..i have told you before, your arrogant strutting is not synonymous with knowledge nor intelligence...FU ok? I am done with you...redneck... It is manifested in higher negotiated fees (hospitals) and UCR (professsional) rates. Those higher rates do not merely reflect the 30-50% over time, but there is a PERSISTENT upward pressure on fees, made essential by Medicare/Medicaid underpayments. IOW...it's a zero sum game...yes, you can add in your tweaks for fraud and waste and over delivery, but the lion share of the cost to the nation is largely the same. You won't find 2X per capita cost in Medicare fraud and waste...plus you give some of that back to profit for private insurance. Al
