<<Well, given the recent performance, I would like to think we sold at 18 1/2 and just
bought back on Friday. >>
Andy, Recently, LGND only made it to 18 3/8. As you know the price should have been significantly above that figure, but LGND's recent price has been lagging the news it put out, as well as associated soccer shutouts.

Nicole's sister Emily did her share over the weekend. I was busy getting the Strikers ready for next weekend, but do have films to watch. In any event, I do know the scores, which should ignite a LGND rally. Emily (U-11) is playing up on the North Stars (U-12). They went to their first tournament (First Virginia Fall Classic in Roanoke) and Emily played goal for the entire tournament.

This was really her first chance to show what she could do at this level (Classic League, Cup level). Emily is too young to play in the Classic League, but she can go with teams as a guest, and can play in the State Championship tournament in the Spring. She has been practicing with the team (kinda like red-shirting), and has played Indoor with them. Indoor she has been sharing the keeper position, but she played the entire outdoor tournament in goal this past weekend.

The North Stars won the tournament, and from what I have heard, Emily turned in a stellar performance. The North Stars won their first game 5-0 over the Valley AFC Vipers. They then played their toughest competitor in their bracket, VISTA Sting, to a 1-1 tie. The tie set up a tie breaker situation, because it was likely that both teams would win their third game. Although goal differential was limited to 3 per game, there was no limit on goals scored, so the North Stars had to win big. VISTA played first and won 7-0 (and they had won their first game 7-0), so the North Stars had to beat the Williamsburg Warriors by a score of 10-0 to advance (without going into a tie breaking shoot-out with VISTA). In the last minute, they scored their 10th goal (although I would have liked to have seen the shootout). The North Stars then beat Roanoke Star 2-1 to capture the title.
Thus, Emily did her share for LGND, by registering 2 shutouts and giving up just 2 goals in 4 games.
