Karl
Believe me you are not alone on this.
Let's do one more what if:
What if the shorts are as wrong about us retail investors as they were about IPM being a fraud?
What if tomorrow morning we as a group buy more shares than we sell? What if the price begins to go up instead of the consenus down?
NOW WOULDN'T THAT BE SWEET
Might even demonstrate that the internet is a strong positive force for retail investors.Kind of like there might be a new type of mining on the horizon. Those buggy whip makers might be out looking for new employment soon.Actually no matter what happens to IPM tomorrow I am a better more informed investor than I was before I got hooked on this darn thread.I just wanted to thank you and many others for puting their thoughts out for public scrutiny.
Regards
J.L.T.

<<I guess I'm a lone voice here ...>>

keep talking though Karl...I'm listening...

<<One or more is gonna break ranks ... and cover!>>

Hummm....interesting idea...the shorts could panic and cover...hadn't considered this angle. Certainly possible AND it could start a flood!!

<<The only hope the shorts have now is rattling the cage of the small retail investors ...sure ... they're going to pick up some shares ... but I see the consensus on this thread is no one has really changed their pro/con position. I simply don't see droves of small investors selling at the market on the open.>>

Ok agree here too,,,sorta. Only chance is for retail investor (the small guy) to get rattled.....I have not changed my pro/con position but I have to say IPM has sure tested me. As far as small guys selling at the open....most probably bought above $5 so I think they are gonna be holding for now....but if we get above $5, say $6 then I will see some selling from little guys. I think most would like to readjust there comfort level.

<<When the shorts begin to cover ... it will be a thing of beauty!>>

watching and waiting....thanks for all the hard work this weekend trying to make sense of this for those who are less informed.
