Maybe RMCW is currently producing water, maybe it is not. Probably not. If they are converting to a new-plant, there might be a temporary period where no production is occuring. The article and the company can be right at the same time.

The issue was where can I buy this water? What stores is/was it sold in? The company should be able to provide that information to anybody who calls them OR at least a list of distributors.
