Don't know what the clownie will do. It seems folks think rising clownie is the same thing as falling stocks. I think these are two different markets. In the previous recession the clownie fell as stocks fell. Ditto until circa March 2008, as US slashed rates. The clownie rose because the globe followed US into a recession and started slashing rates. I do think the "second dip" might develop now in the US. The truth is, if the globe keeps accelerating while we tank, clownie will be toast!
