Bush was content to take 51 vote majorities. Also, how many times did Obama go to a state and say, "Make (Dukakis and Snow) allow a vote on the issue"? "Write and visit and call(Brown) and make him allow a vote to proceed"? "Stop farting around, Joe Lieberman, or you lose the chairmanship you owe me for cuz I saved yer sorry ass even tho you campaigned against me"? He practices "zip yer lip", until it comes time to endorse a sitting DINO like Lincoln or Spector in a primary, which is a really, or even unbelieveably, stupid thing for a president or party chairman to do.
