Wasn't today's re-release of previously announced information by ATIS just wonderfully exciting? (September 3) Anyone have any opinions as to why companies make the same announcements more than once, and in this case, to the press, more than 2 months apart? The jaded side of me says...promotion. Anyone have any other opinions?
