I lost interest reading the article (didn't finish it) and reading the comments (didn't finish those either).

He may be right, I don't know. What I do know is that I will stick with the analysis provided by Morningstar. So far, they have been reliable and Morningstar likes HCN.

The guy knows that REIT's will offer new shares to make acquisitions. Since he is short, he probably is trying to make a buck or two when the price reflects that, since I saw he wasn't concerned about covering the dividends.

If I'm wrong for holding, it won't be the first time. HA!
