I bought 4000 shares of LNET a few weeks ago; 2500 at 11 3/4 on Nov 7 and 1500 at 11 3/8 on Nov 11. I tried to buy 2500 at 11 3/8 but only got filled on 1500 and then the stock moved up. The stock showed up on one of my scans based on technical indicators and I liked the chart. On a short term basis, LNET has support at 11 1/2 and resistance at 14 1/4. My plan was to trade out of it between 13 1/2 and 14, but I decided to hold on when it got there because I liked the longer term chart and I can't find many charts that look better than LNET at this time. I thought about selling LNET and buying more of my current holdings, but I didn't want to have too much concentration in my other positions. If LNET breaks 14 1/4 on a closing basis, then I would increase my target to 16 3/4 to 18. A lot of stocks have very poor looking charts right now and LNET is one of the few that I follow that has good relative strength and a bullish chart pattern.

FWIW, somebody bought 35,000 shares of LNET on Nov 14 at 12 3/4 that pushed the stock up to the 13 area and it followed through the next day up to 14 1/2. Do you know what price the president paid for his stock? The only problem that I have with this stock is the low volume on many days. This makes for wide spreads and a lot of uncertainty when you place an order to sell 4000 shares. While not a large order, it is large for a stock with low volume and you can move the bid when you try to sell. I think more money will begin to move into stocks like LNET because so many other issues are behaving poorly. An increase in volume would be good for this stock because I think there are very few sellers out there and a few bids would likely push the stock through resistance.

Best of luck to you. I hope the activity picks up on this thread and in the stock.

Dan

LNET is not doing so well this year. This might be the right time for MGMA to merge with LNET. As you probably know, LNET does offer movies for the mature audience.
