Yes he does. In fact, I had to take my name off the account before we could move some money from the taxable account to his ROTH.

What he doesn't have are the passwords to the account. (Heh, heh, heh.)

He knows where they are though. I told him in the event something happens to me.

He'll leave the money alone. He gets it now.
