Alan.. a savvy Nostradamus buff you are!!

I checked and it was 1700 not 1701. Thought it was 1701 but was in error. Oh well...still a cool story.
Good WW2 story.. I heard Hitler was really big into Nostradamus till he found out that nowhere did it mention where his reich live on.
Is that more or less what you have found as well?

I like to compare some of the of his materials with that of biblical prophecies of Ezekiel also. It was his opinion that the final conclict in this region would be one over ancient water claims rather than ancient ethnic and religious feuds.

At present nearly 40% of humanity depends on river systems shared by 2 or more countries.

For instance Egypts 60 million people are hostage to Ethiopia's wanted to damn the nile to a degree and Egypt made it immediatly clear that any such attempt would be considered an act of war.
Sudan has come under attack as of late for drawing to much water from the nile as well. Turkeys hydroelectric projects threaten to cut the flow of water down drastically of the Euphraties river.

It is interesteing of how Nostradamus speaks of famine and drought while Ezikeil makes it clear that the such an act is the final omen before Agmageddon.

So as Nostradamus would tell us if he were here today.... just keep the rivers flowing and you have nothing to sweat :-)
