Don't know much about Gruntal, but it's pretty gutsy and unusual for an analyst to put out a strong buy on such a poor performer as HCIA.

I almost bought this stock on the most recent strong buy recommendation. I was too suspicious of the strong buy on a stock at almost its year low. If this stock is going to return to its old growth rate, I want to be on the ride up. I am presently considering a buy-in. Is there any signs of a bottom?
