Paul,

Watch out for BAANF. Don't let the high p/e fool you. There is
also an analist-report on the lehman-site.
Other factors you should consider
- stock-split soon
- baan will become part of the AEX-index (dutch DowJones-Index)

Paul,

Others things you should keep in mind considering BAAN;

- BAAN corrected already about 25%, although BAAN beated estimates
in the last 2 quarter (It always beats estimates so far but it
started correcting 4 months ago, just after earning-release)
- There has been no bad news on BAAN the last few months, fundamen-
tals have not changed, ERP-market is (and will) stay hot,
- There is a very strong correlation between the dollar and the AEX
(if dollar is up against the mark, than this good news for the
AEX, and vice versa),
- Software is the best place to be in the IT-sector right now,
- IT-services having problems getting new employees
- Hardware influenced by SEA, unclear what is going to happen.
Hardware will always be cyclical I think

I hope I have scared you enough from doing stupid things. Believe
me, there are better shorts, (don't) ask Hank & Hank.
