Acetaminophen(Tylenol).........leading cause of liver failure

Some years ago Forbes did a piece on the reserves J&J(?) then kept to cover liability suits. It's a great drug, but ignore dosage instructions at peril.

When my daughter was in the ICU at UC Davis I got acquainted with a woman whose husband had liver failure because of Tylenol.

I really wonder how much is too much? They sell the stuff in big bottles. Are the other NSAIDS as dangerous?
